چکیده
Self-Compacting Concrete (SCC) offers favourable properties which help accelerate the casting time, especially in congested reinforced structures but when with SCC uncertainty remains a challenge on behaviour of its formwork pressure. Researchers have introduced several design models to predict pressure and behaviour. This research aims assess that been reported literature. The assessment was carried out through series rigorous laboratory tests results from served as input for mathematical model evaluation. Twelve concrete columns 2 m height were cast study effect varying parameters existing models. documented by monitoring system, capacity produce instant real-time remote development during after casting. pressures calculated according current compared data acquitted tests. showed predicted typically greater than observed DIN18218 relatively close approximation distribution over time. limitation is rate varies, are sensitive parameters. Thus, additional needed enable reliable estimations pressure, example, case low high rates. also rates slump flows generate higher whereas thixotropy faster reduction construction.

Self-Compacting Concrete - Procedure for Mix Design
Self-compacting concrete is a fluid mixture suitable for placing in structures with congested reinforcement without vibration. Self-compacting concrete development must ensure a good balance between deformability and stability. Also, compactibility is affected by the characteristics of materials and the mix proportions; it becomes necessary to evolve a procedure for mix design of SCC. The paper...

In this study, first, different mix design of four types of Self-Compacting Concrete (SCC), 1. SCC consisted of only nanosilica, 2. SCC included only microsilica, 3. SCC consisted of both microsilica and nanosilica and 4. SCC without microsilica and nanosilica called as control mix, were casted and tested to find out the values of the Slump Flow, L-Box and 7 and 28 days compressive strength. Th...
